The head of estimating, engineering and all office matters. Mr. Snyder is a graduate of Maui High School and has earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He continued his education by obtaining his Master of Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from Norwich University. Mr. Snyder is a licensed professional civil engineer and a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the General Contractors Association of Hawaii (GCAH).

The head of field operations. Mr. Steinke has been working in construction since he was 18 years old, working with his father’s company. He is well versed in the carpentry, masonry, and operator trades. He is a meticulous tradesman and takes pride in every job he completes as if it was his own property. Mr. Steinke has years of experience managing crews and projects as both a general contractor and a subcontractor. His tasks included bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and managing the projects from beginning to end.

Mrs. Snyder is a graduate from Waiakea High School on the Big Island.  She is responsible for daily office matters as well as the company’s payroll, A/R, A/P, and general bookkeeping.  She has over 10 years of experience within the industry.  Mrs. Snyder is a notary public in the State of Hawaii.
